“Wonderful service from Lonestar today, specifically their towing side of the house. Called in regards to an abandoned vehicle I needed towed from one of my properties. They answered within a couple rings, took some basic info, and within 10 minutes I had a tow truck on-site. Operator was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked with me to move the vehicle from a tight spot. I thought it might cost me a chunk of change to get the vehicle towed but it didn't, took all of about 5-8 minutes to load it up, and one signature. Total process took less than 30 minutes from picking up my phone to the vehicle being gone, and I thought it would take me a few days to get it figured out. Very impressed!”
